Built an AI receptionist flow where voice interactions became structured CRM data inside GoHighLevel. The system captured intent, call summary, responses, call ID, notes, booking status and next actions.

When a booking happened, the CRM opportunity and confirmation flow were updated. If the visitor did not convert, the system could move them into a nurture path.
